Enrollment Forms
Register and sign on to our to ENROLLMENT PORTAL to conveniently complete your child(ren)'s enrollment forms.
All forms must be completed before the first day of enrollment. You don't have to complete this all at once. You may stop and log out at anytime. Don't worry though, your information will be saved. To resume, just log back in, go to "Applications in Progress" and select the application that you started. Click "Resume" and you can jump right back in.
